Not too sweet Ermine buttercream recipe

Ingredients: -1 cup/bar butter -3/4 cup whiote sugar -1 cup evaporated milk -5 tablespoon all purpose flour -1 teaspoon vanilla(optional) Please see video for the step by step preparation.
