This video is a vlog of our first visit to the flea markets this year. It's been a while since we've been to the flea markets (brocante) since autumn. We were worried about the weather, but the sun came out halfway through the day and we had a lot of fun treasure hunting. Once again, we found everything from our favourite antique tableware (Sarreguemines, Giens, etc.), to furniture and chairs with interesting stories to tell, to a beautiful basket! But what did we ended up to buy? You'll have to watch the video to find out! In January in France, we eat a cake called “Galette des Rois”, king cake. Of course, we eat it every year too. Inside the cake there is a ceramic doll called a “fève”, and whoever finds it gets a crown, which will bring the person good luck for the whole year. This year, two cats also participated for winning the crown. So, who became the king?
