Six Ncedo family members laid to rest
The children of an elderly couple who were gunned down with five other members of the same family say they feel unsafe. This happened at Mpoza village in Tsolo, Eastern Cape, two weeks ago. Six members of the Ncedo family were shot dead over two days in three separate homesteads. Meanwhile, the seventh member, 22-year old Busisiwe Ncedo, was shot with her three friends in Khayelitsha, Cape Town, last week. The mass funeral for the six family members was held in Tsolo, while the seventh member will be laid to rest on June 29. Newzroom Afrika’s Ntsiki Nohiya attended the funeral and filed this report.
