One way is to celebrate the conclusion of Mishneh Torah, which includes in it all the laws of the Oral Torah. If you cause a tumult that there will be a celebration tomorrow, or the next day, those who don't know what it is will start to ask: "What is the excitement?" What is it all about?" And most importantly they will ask: "What does this mean for me?" To serve as an everlasting memento of the event, each celebration should have someone deliver a novel insight explaining a passage of Mishneh Torah. They should discuss a subject that is fitting for publication, to be distributed amongst those who take part in the celebration.
