The 2016 Hyundai Veloster Turbo Rally Edition certainly looks the part with its Matte Blue paint job. While the base model Veloster edition starts at $19,100; this top-of-the-line model goes for $23,950. The outside screams for attention with the aforementioned Matte Paint, large flat black front grille, carbon fiber chin splitter, and black RAYS wheels. Out back is a center exit exhaust system. Under the hood is a 1.6 liter turbocharged GDi 4-cylinder engine that makes 201 horsepower and 195 lb-ft. of torque. The transmission is a 6-speed manual.
