Do you LOVE drawing but sometimes feel unmotivated to draw? Is the problem with you or is there something else? Find out in this video! Do you love drawing more than anything in your life, is your dream to be a professional artist, but sometimes you feel incredibly unmotivated to draw? Do you go days or even weeks without drawing because of this inexplicable lack of motivation? Well, don't worry because this is more common than you imagine and happens to the vast majority of artists. In other words, the problem isn't with you, dear artist. This lack of motivation, which can be characterized as a kind of mental or emotional fatigue, comes from other areas that have nothing to do with art or drawing. We are under the influence of many demands, pressures, and obligations in our daily lives. After all, we are not just designers and artists; we are human beings. We have other tasks such as school, college, work, family, friends, and many other areas of life to take care of. Each of these areas takes a certain amount of energy, time, and attention from a limited reserve we possess. When this energy battery, which is both physical, mental, and emotional, runs out, we no longer have the energy for anything. Not even to do what we love most, which is drawing and painting. And there's no fighting it. The fuel simply runs out, and you need to recharge, ending the day and starting again tomorrow with more energy. It's important to understand the origin of your lack of motivation to draw. Only then will you be able to overcome this challenge that hinders your progress in drawing and distances you from your dream of making a living from drawing. If you want to know more about how to deal with lack of motivation to draw, watch this video. I'm sure the tips I give will help you get rid of this excessive mental fatigue you feel. Freeing up more time and space for you to draw with much more enthusiasm and joy. May you draw more in your daily life and find balance in your art practice and study! This is another video in the Artistic Reflections series ^^ ✍️🖌️🖍️ --------------------- ABOUT ME --------------------- If you're new to my channel, my name is Ricardo Yamaguchi. I'm a self-taught artist who rediscovered his passion. I stopped drawing at 17 and stayed away from art for over 10 years. I returned to drawing at 28 years old after a period of professional and personal crisis. In drawing I found my therapy, my comfort, my identity, and my essence. I believe we are all born artists, but we forget that in the arduous process of becoming adults. But your talent is still there, dormant and waiting for you to awaken it! Here I share free drawing lessons to help you learn how to create your own original characters. Regardless of whether your drawing style is manga, semi-realistic, cartoon, or illustration. I am one of the biggest promoters of the 7 Fundamentals of Drawing and professional techniques used by artists in the manga, concept art, and animation markets, such as Dynamic Sketching and Analytical Figure Drawing. Grab your notebook and pencil and let's draw! 😊✍️ Art heals, art saves!
