Como elaborar uma EVOLUÇÃO na UTI?

EAM, 60, Ramsay 3, isochoric pupils photoreactive to light, NES in gravitational, TOT in MV with the following standardization: PCV mode, FiO2 50%, PEEP 8, RR 20, I:E 1:2, CVA in VSCE with infusion of NORA 5ml/h, Dormonide 4ml/h, Fentanyl 4ml/h, cardiomonitored HR 90, MAP 80, RR 20, Sat. O2 95%, EtCO2 40, SVD in closed system with a 500ml drain of clear diuresis, repositioning every 2 hours. He does not present pressure injury, had an episode of fever at 4:00 PM and was treated with dipyrone as per PM.
