Paul Daigle & Cajun Gold & Family at Mulates
When I first started playing accordion, Paul Daigle was a HUGE influence on me and my style. Together with Ken Smith, they made one of the most memorable duos in Cajun music history. The icing on the cake is Vorance Barzas on drums, also on vocals. This video is from 2003; it's unedited snapshot of a time period of my life that I was very fond of. Mulates was such a cool place to go out and listen to music. These days are long gone but I'm so glad I was the weirdo with a video camera.
