Yields 36-45 pieces of cake. 20 x 20 cm baking pan, 7 cm high Ingredients: ✓ 500 g/50 tbsp tapioca flour ✓ 200 g/20 tbsp rice flour ✓ 50 g/1 tbsp wheat flour ✓ 500 g/34 tbsp sugar ✓ 1/2 tsp vanilla ✓ 1 tsp salt ✓ 1,600 ml coconut milk ✓ Food paste (I use: chocolate, pandan, and mocha) ✓ 1/2 tsp white food coloring 🌈 RAINBOW TAPIOCA LAYER 🌈 This tapioca flour layer cake uses instant coconut milk, friends. Yields 30 cakes. 18 x 18 cm baking pan. Ingredients: ✓ 400g/40 tbsp tapioca flour ✓ 100g/10 tbsp wheat flour ✓ 250g/17 tbsp sugar ✓ 1,300ml coconut milk (200ml instant coconut milk + water) ✓ 1/4 tsp vanilla ✓ 1/4 tsp salt ✓ Food coloring (optional: rose red/pink, purple, green, orange, and white) 💚 PANDAN FLAVOR TAPIOCA LAYER ❤️ Pandan-flavored tapioca flour layer cake. It's delicious with a chewy and soft texture. The cost is quite economical, around 20,000 rupiah. 16 x 16 cm baking pan Ingredients: ✓ Tapioca flour 350 g / 35 tbsp ✓ Wheat flour 1 tbsp ✓ Sugar 200 g / 1 cup star fruit ✓ Vanilla powder (missed in the video) ✓ Pandan paste 1 tsp ✓ Red chili and white food coloring ✓ Coconut milk 1,000 ml (1/2 coconut) 🤎 PEPE LAYER CAKE 💚 This time I tried making Pepe layer cake with the distinctive Betawi flavor of lime leaves. It was delicious, savory and sweet. Yields 30 pieces. 18 x 18 cm baking pan.
