We thought we were getting close to launching pizza at our brewery… then we discovered a major problem. Our ovens are producing incredible pizzas, but once we push temperatures high enough to achieve the crust and cook we’re looking for, we run into a serious ventilation problem that could delay our launch and cost far more than we anticipated.
