Baby Face (1933) - Pre-Code Film Review
Barbara Stanwyck is Lily "Baby Face" Powers and after being inspired by some Nietzschean philosophy, leaves her speakeasy days behind to sleep her way to the top of a bank in NY. A fascinating character in a fantastic movie. It would probably raise eyebrows today; it's downright shocking that it was released in 1933.
