I want to show you how to use an ESR meter on how to find bad capacitors on a control board. In the video, we test a Whirlpool Washer control Board, and a Samsung Refrigerator Inverter Board with the ESR Meter. This is an introductory video that shows why you'd want to buy an ESR meter.
