This was a practice mock test route. The Critical error case would have that the student was too close to the Subject on the scooter at the crossing. On the video you will see a person crossing the multiple lane road. That person should not be there and as a driver you are not supposed to stop because the subject has not in your lane. They should know it’s too dangerous.
