The freshly caught tuna undergoes thorough freshness control before being shipped to Toyosu Market and other locations. Locally, you can enjoy the most delicious tuna. The taste is so exquisite that it's "sweet and melts in your mouth," with both the lean and fatty cuts being incredibly impressive.
