They don't require much cooking, but they turn out delicious and tender. I served them with Silesian dumplings and sauerkraut salad. I recommend... Ingredients: 1.5 kg pork ribs 3-4 large onions 4 cloves garlic 1 tablespoon lard 500 ml broth 3 tablespoons soy sauce 1 teaspoon mustard 1 teaspoon honey paprika, marjoram, ground pepper 2 bay leaves 3 allspice berries salt and pepper Preparation: Cut the ribs into single-bone pieces. Season with salt, pepper, marjoram, sweet paprika, and granulated garlic and refrigerate for a few hours, preferably overnight. The next day, fry in a little lard on both sides. Slice the onion into thin half-moons and add to the pot. Add the chopped garlic and season with the same spices as the ribs, adding bay leaves and allspice. Mix well. Place the fried ribs on top of the onion and pour in the broth (not the broth from the meat). In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, mustard, and honey and brush the ribs with the sauce. Cover the pot and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 2 hours. You can uncover them for the last 20 minutes to brown them a little. Enjoy!
