Wie sicher ist Amerika wirklich? Warum ich mich in den USA sicherer fühle als in Deutschland

Many people in Germany have a certain image of America: guns, crime, dangerous cities, and insecurity on the streets. But does this image really reflect everyday life here? In this video, I talk very personally about how I experience safety in the USA – after almost 30 years of living here. Of course, there are dangerous areas in the USA, of course, there is crime, and of course, guns are a major issue. But I have to be completely honest and say: Personally, I often feel safer in the USA than in Germany. Especially here in South Florida, but also on many trips across America, I've experienced a different sense of security than many people know from the news. I talk about why many Americans own guns, how this influences how people interact, why people here often keep a more respectful distance – and why my personal feeling on American streets is often better than in many German city centers. This isn't about sugarcoating America or badmouthing Germany. This is about my personal experience, my everyday life in Florida, and the question: Where do you really feel safer – in Germany or in the USA? Feel free to write in the comments: Where do you feel safer – Germany or the USA?
