Blue and Gold Mandala Tutorial on Canvas

This is my 3rd attempt at making a dot art mandala painting tutorial for you and I'm in love with this canvas painting! I hope you follow along and give this one a try. The center definitely gives me splash vibe while the outer swooshes remind me of a wales tail or a mermaid tail or a fish's fin!
