As most of us are stuck at home during the Coronavirus pandemic, that doesn't mean we can't stay healthy. Pilates contributes to your health, which helps us maintain strong immune systems. And you don't need to stock up on exercise equipment like its toilet paper to do this, you can items around the house. If you don't have a mat, you can use a towel or a rug. No yoga blocks, a couple books would work. You don't even need a lot of space, as you can see from my little New York City apartment.
