#ConsumerTalk: Know your rights when returning items purchased online

In the weeks following Christmas, retailers and stores often receive a flurry of purchases being returned for a varying reasons. With the increase in online shopping, there are many consumers that wanting to return the goods they've purchased online. A retailer might have its own returns policy, however it cannot be in contradiction to the Consumer Act, which protects the rights of consumers.
