Guror Handesh are a well known snack in Bangladesh, it is made from molasses (Morsa Gur). I used rice flour and plain flour for my batter, however, there are lots of different ways to make this recipe. Some people use just rice flour, other people will add just plain flour. I prefer to use both as it has a better texture to it in my opinion. Very few ingredients are needed for this recipe. Ingredients required are 210g Rice Flour 130g Plain Flour 250g Morsa Gur (Molasses) 240mls of warm Water (tepid) Fresh oil for deep frying.
