Bahia Mazarron Camping & Resort (es ist kein neuer Bericht, aber etwas überarbeitet)

In the first report, license plates were visible, and as is often the case, I deleted the report after some complaints. Now we've been asked, since we show the approach in more detail, if we could re-upload it. It was noticeable that motorhomes frequently make the wrong turn and then have to reverse for a long time to get back on the right track. We left El Campello heading south. We had actually pre-booked pitches until January 2nd, 2026, but Silvia quickly changed her plans because the forecast weather was too bad for her. We got a spacious pitch for the duration of our stay at Bahia Mazarron, a campsite currently under construction in Puerto Mazarron, which is only just beginning to open in a small section. It's only about 4 km to Silvia's preferred campsite, Area Camping Mazarron, which we also used several times to visit friends. Bahia offers four different pitch sizes, and the price depends on the length of stay. Each pitch has water, electricity, and sewage connections, and those who want it can even get a fiber optic connection, like our neighbor. Currently, most of the communal facilities are still temporary, but work is underway. Baguettes are available from 8:15 a.m. at reception; other bakery items must be ordered separately the day before. The greenery is still missing, as construction only started in the second half of 2025. The pitches are completely covered with brownish gravel, which, in my opinion, isn't ideal. You keep finding small stones in your campervan, which can be problematic for the floor. The road to the campsite was in dire need of improvement on the day of our arrival after the rain. However, by the third day, a solid layer of gravel had already been laid and compacted. Everything will take some time, including the temporary service building and the sanitary facilities. We only used our own equipment in the campervan. Let's give it some more time before forming an opinion.
