Lust never lets the mind settle, the mind goes round & round in the hell of lustful thoughts. The desires of lust that become engraved deep within the mind keeps us in the suffering of birth & death.  Bhai Baljit Singh explains that lust holds a purpose in the play of Vaheguru Ji’s creation. We’re all built with the natural drive to procreate and lust plays a part in this process of procreation but when lust hijacks our life we could be in for a rocky ride.
