Death Ride 2025 : Tour of the California Alps

165km (103miles) with 4300m (14000ft) of climbing This is an event steeped in history, now in its 44th year. I got invited by my legendary brother-in-law, Richard, to join his #FoothillFridays crew, and it was a privilege to be a part of them. The event is extremely well organised, with the aid stations being some of the best I've ever experienced. I highly recommend this ride, but make sure to ride your bike a fair bit before you do show in in Markleeville.
