Shojin Ryori (Buddhist Vegetarian Cuisine): Dashi, Kinoko Takikomi Gohan, Kakiage Jiru

The word "Shojin" means to make efforts to keep walking until one becomes enlightened. "Ryori" means cooking. So, Shojin Ryori is diets to help you live your life mindfully on a rainy day and a shiny day.
