How to Change Excavator Tracks, Sprockets & Rollers. Changing Digger Tracks for a Smoother Ride The Volvo excavator is vibrating and there is a problem with the digger tracks or rollers. We replace the rubber tracks, the digger’s sprockets, bottom and top rollers. We drop the oil out of the final drives and clean out around the track motors. The results are an excavator running so much smoother and it’s cut out all the vibration and shaking when the digger tracks along. We continue to promote our industry and we really enjoy developing our little channel.
