Lishala C. Situmbeko, the CEO of Access Bank Zambia, dreamed of being an architect but after his first economics lecture at the University of Zambia, his outlook on life and his career trajectory was forever changed. He decided to pursue a career as an economist and banker and set out a plan, which came to fruition. We discuss his life, career and thoughts on leadership.
