REWORKED Kolossos Gameplay | Outcome Memories

Honestly, I'm not a big fan of these changes.. Kolossos was already pretty weak against competent lobbies, and now he's even weaker.. The one who actually deserves such nerfs is Fleetway (Ivan I-frames) but instead, they made that dude EVEN stronger by bringing back his ability to burst while stunned..
