Preparing Ingredients 1) Roughly slice 600g of beef for bulgogi against the grain. ※ Please pat dry with a paper towel after cutting to remove excess blood! 2) Finely chop 1/4 of an onion and 1/2 of a green onion. 3) In a bowl, combine 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 1 teaspoon of minced ginger, chopped onion, chopped green onion, and a pinch of black pepper. Add the bulgogi to this mixture, mix well, and let it marinate for 30 minutes. ※ You may substitute this with regular sugar! 1. Cut the parchment paper to fit the size of the pan. Take small portions of the marinated bulgogi, place them on the parchment paper, and spread them out thinly. 2. Lightly coat a preheated pan with oil, place the bulgogi with the parchment paper facing up, and grill over medium-low heat for 2 minutes on each side. ※ Press down on the edges while the parchment paper is still attached to prevent the meat from shrinking! 3. Top the bulgogi with a generous amount of pizza cheese. 4. Cover the pan with a lid and cook over medium-low heat for 1 to 2 minutes to melt the cheese using the steam. 5.
