LISEC VSA-1D - Fully Automatic System for Applying Flexible Spacers

The VSA-D1 is ideally suited for the manufacture of double or triple insulating glass units. Its full potential can be particularly seen in glass units with air gaps of diff erent widths, as its applicator head can simultaneously feed two diff erent spacer widths and apply them alternately. This ensures continuous production and extremely short cycle times. The time spent on setting up and changing the spacer is therefore no longer relevant. Die VSA-D1 ist optimal für die Produktion von 2-fach oder 3-fach Isoliergläsern geeignet. Ihr volles Potenzial entfaltet die Anlage bei unterschiedlich breiten Luft zwischenräumen, da der Applizierkopf zwei unterschiedliche Abstandhalterbreiten parallel führen und abwechselnd auft ragen kann. Dies sorgt für eine unterbrechungsfreie Produktion mit unerreicht kurzen Zykluszeiten. Zeitaufwändige Wechsel- oder Rüstarbeiten entfallen.
