Even though it's only recently arrived in Brazil, GWM has become the brand that sells the most hybrid vehicles this month. Its models, called the Haval H6, are leading the way, even though it's a Chinese car. What explains this success? The model in the video is a Great Wall Motors Haval H6 GT, a plug-in hybrid midsize SUV. Capable of traveling up to 116 km on battery power alone, it can drive more than most people drive daily, making it practically an electric car in the city. But with the combustion engine, it can go up to 1,058 km, meaning if you're traveling, you won't have to plan ahead or worry about charging stations; just fill up the tank and enjoy all the technology the car has to offer. Competing with the BYD Song Plus, Jeep Compass 4xe, Volvo XC60, CAOA Chery Tiggo 8 Pro, BMW X3, and Audi Q5, this Chinese car has raised the bar in the category and practically transformed the electric car market, successfully combining the best of combustion engines with the best of battery-powered vehicles. Its electric motors combined with a gasoline engine are similar to the new Honda Civic, but it has the advantage of a larger battery, allowing it to be used solely as an electric car for everyday use. It's also different from the Kia Niro and Sportage, two hybrids with a much more conservative approach than the GMW Haval H6. But can you trust a Chinese car? Is GWM a good brand?
