CutStar – Reel-sheeter for automated processing of thin substrates.

The CutStar reel sheeter combines the lower costs of web offset with the flexibility of sheetfed offset. The high level of automation with Preset-functionalities and Intellistart 3 in combination with the Prinect Workflow integration saves up to 50% makeready time. Many new innovations make the Push to Stop CutStar more productive even with foils and thin materials, 30% higher running performance can be achieved. Simple handling and ease of maintenance due to good accessibility to the unit cabinet, among other things, result in optimum ease of operation. Format changeover is fully automatic. An optional inline corona device provides even more stability in the production process. Switching to production with sheets is easy. Simple intuitive operation of the CutStar via the Prinect Press Center. Available for Speedmaster XL 106, CX 104, SX 102 and XL 75. Retrofits are possible.
