'Parinacota Sombras de un 6.000' narra el recorrido de la expedición BMW-Mini Ralons Gran Canaria al volcán Boliviano-Chileno Parinacota (6.340 metros), con la participación del luchador canario Juan Espino, "El Trota". El documental cuenta todo el proceso de aclimatación, la ascensión al volcán y como el director del documental, Pedro Cubiles, sobrevivió 16 horas a la intemperie, solo, a 5.700 metros, algo que pudo acabar en tragedia. Una idea original de Javier Cruz y Alberto Artiles, con el apoyo del grupo Ralons, Cabildo de Gran Canaria y Canarias7.
