New Zealand shooting: Survivor recounts confronting suspected shooter
A survivor of the New Zealand attacks at two mosques recounted Saturday the moments in which he confronted one of the suspects in the attack. Abdul Aziz says he came across the gunman who dropped his gun and ran. He said the suspect ran to his car and got in, which is when he threw a gun at the car. Aziz says this then prompted the suspect to drive off, prompting him to give chase. Other survivors also spoke of the frightening scenes they experienced during the shooting, speaking about the screaming and other sights and sounds inside the mosque.
