Cake Tale, Cake Natasha on sour cream or cake with raisins, poppy seeds and nuts. This is an amazing combination of different cakes that mutually complement each other, with a delicate sour cream. Ingredients: For cakes Sugar - 400 g Sour cream - 400 g Wheat flour - 370 g Eggs - 4 pcs. Baking powder - 4 teaspoons Walnuts - 100 g Poppy - 100 g Raisins - 100 g Cocoa - 30 g For cream: Sour cream - 700 g Sugar - 270 g Vanilla sugar - 1 teaspoon Cream thickener - 20 g For decoration: Walnuts - 100 g Cocoa - 1 tablespoon Cooking: Pour 100 g of raisins and 100 g of poppy seeds into two containers and pour boiling water for 15 minutes. In the meantime, we drive one egg into a bowl, add 100 g of sugar, 100 g of sour cream. Mix the ingredients with a spoon until smooth. Having mixed 100 g of wheat flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder in a separate container, we introduce the mixture of dry ingredients into the liquid mass in small portions. Add 100 g of walnuts to the resulting dough and mix thoroughly. We bake a biscuit in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes. The form can be covered with parchment or greased with butter and sprinkled with flour. After letting the baked cake cool a little, we take it out of the mold and leave it to cool completely. Cake number 2. Drive in one egg, add 100 g of sugar, 100 g of sour cream. Mix the ingredients with a spoon until smooth. Having mixed 100 g of wheat flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder in a separate container, we introduce the mixture of dry ingredients into the liquid mass in small portions. Add raisins to the dough and mix thoroughly. We bake a biscuit in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Cake number 3. Drive in one egg, add 100 g of sugar, 100 g of sour cream. Mix the ingredients with a spoon until smooth. Having mixed 100 g of wheat flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder in a separate container, we introduce the mixture of dry ingredients into the liquid mass in small portions. Add poppy seeds to the dough and mix thoroughly. We bake a biscuit in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes. Cake number 4. Drive in one egg, add 100 g of sugar, 100 g of sour cream. Mix the ingredients with a spoon until smooth. Mixing in a separate container 70 g of wheat flour and 1 teaspoon of baking powder, in small portions we introduce a mixture of dry ingredients into the liquid mass. Add cocoa to the dough and mix thoroughly. We bake a biscuit in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes. For the cream, combine in a bowl 700 g of sour cream, 270 g of sugar and one bag of vanilla sugar, beat the ingredients until stable peaks. Add cream thickener. Whisk well again. Lubricate each layer with cream. We decorate the sides of the cake with chopped nuts, sprinkle cocoa on the top. Having formed the cake, let it soak well.
