2025 Flower Sunday

Dating back to 1875, Flower Sunday is the oldest tradition at Wellesley College. This year was a special 150th anniversary event. Incoming students are matched with a Wellesley Big Sibling. Little Siblings receive flowers from their Big as an “official” welcome into the community, and they come together at Houghton Chapel for a brief celebration. This event marks a day of siblinghood featuring multicultural and multifaith music, poetry, and student speakers.
