Constraint-Led Approach: Manipolare i VINCOLI per formare giocatori autonomi
Welcome back to the Don Bosco Crocetta channel for a new episode of our series dedicated to the Constraint-Led Approach (CLA) in basketball! ⚪️🟢 While in previous episodes we introduced the basic principles of this methodology, today we delve into the practical heart of the CLA: Constraints. What happens if we change the dimensions of the court? Or if we limit the number of dribbles? Or if we change the scoring system during a 3-on-3? Instead of constantly giving verbal instructions (the classic "coach with the remote control"), the CLA teaches us to manipulate constraints to push players to explore, adapt, and independently find their own motor and tactical solutions.
