బట్టర్ చికెన్ పక్కారెస్టౌరెంట్ స్టైల్ || Butter Chicken Masala Recipe In Telugu || Sriji Recipe Preparation:- Chicken Marinating :---- Chicken 500 Grm Chilli Powder 2 Tbs Salt 1 Tbs Garam Masala 1 Tbs Ginger Garlic 1 Tbs Black Salt ½ Tbs Lemon Half Mix Well & Marinade For 1 Hr Onion & Tomato Gravy Preparation Heat 2 tsp of oil in a pan with butter Add jeera & onions Sauté Well Ginger Garlic Paste 1 Tbs Turmeric Powder ½ Tbs Red Chilli 3 Mix well until onions turn golden color Garam masala 1 Tbs Salt 1 Tbs Chilli Powder 1 Tbs Tomato 3 roughly cut Add water and cook until tomato soften Add cashew nuts 5 Keep it separate Grind onions & tomato in a blender Chicken Fry Preparation :---- In a pan add butter and marinated chicken Pan fry whole chicken Add 1 Tbs Butter and onions & tomato pure Final Step Butter Chicken :---- add the strained Makhani gravy base Cook For 2 Min Add sugar 1 Tbs Salt to taste Garam Masala 1 Tbs Add chicken Kasuri methi & cook well Lower the flame and add butter and fresh cream stir well and cook for a minute serve hot with butter garlic paratha or naan or any Indian bread of your choice.
