Initially, Francois and I set off alone, heading straight to Magotho Campsite in Khwai where we set up camp for NINE full days. Our wives joined us half-way through that, flying up to Maun where we picked them up. We had amazing leopard, lion and elephant sightings in Khwai and even saw two packs of wild dogs en route to Maun. We also did a lovely mokoro trip at Mbudi Camp and flew over the Okavango Delta curtesy of Helicopter Horizons. Our trip ended in the Central Kalahari Game Reserve, where we camped in Deception Valley.
