Founded in 1982 and based in Seoul's Guro Digital Complex, Changsung Silicone has built over 40 years of expertise in silicone and rubber manufacturing, covering every stage from compounding to molding to post-processing. In this video, we follow two products through the factory floor: a silicone container lid that undergoes a two-stage press-molding process to permanently bond to its plastic ring frame, and a hand grip exerciser designed specifically for stroke and rehabilitation patients. Each lid and each gripper passes through hydraulic press molding at up to 175°C, precision trimming, and a high-temperature vulcanization oven before reaching the packaging line.
