Turkish YouTube Channel: / @gruensteinkitchenturkce7913 🇩🇪 Bienenstich 👇🏻Ingredients (diameter 24/26cm) ♥️Dough: 4 room-temperature eggs (size M) 160 g sugar 120 g flour 50 g ground almonds (20 g almonds also works, but use 30 g more flour) 2 tsp baking powder ♥️Cream: 600 ml cold whipping cream 1 packet of Paradise Cream + 1 packet of Cream stiffener or 1/2 pack Dr. Oetker's Creme Galetta (Lidl's own brand) vanilla flavor ♥️Also: 100g sliced almonds 1 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp melted butter 👇🏻Preparation ♥️Biscuit dough: Preheat the oven to 170°C (top and bottom heat). Line a springform pan with baking paper and grease with butter. Combine the flour, ground almonds, and baking powder. Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer for 7 minutes until fluffy. Sift the flour mixture over the cake. Fold in well with a spatula. Pour the prepared batter into the pan. Sprinkle the sliced almonds over the top and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of sugar. Bake in the oven for at least 30 minutes. Do the toothpick test, then add 2 tablespoons of melted butter and spread it on the still-hot cake. Let the cake cool completely and then slice it horizontally. ♥️Cream: Whip the whipped cream with the powder until stiff peaks and refrigerate until ready to use. ♥️Cake: Place the bottom half of the sponge cake on a cake plate. Spread the cream over the bottom layer and place the top layer on top. Refrigerate the cake for at least 1 hour or overnight, then serve. You can use a cake ring if you have one, but it's not necessary for this cake. _________________ 🇩🇪Alman Pastasi - Bee Sting (arı sokması) 👇🏻Malze melon (24 / 26cm) ♥️Pandispanya: 4 oda sicakliginda yumurta (M boy) 160 gr şeker 120 gr 50 gr öğütülmüş badem (20 g da yeterli, ozaman 30 g daha cok and ekleyin) 2 TK Kabartmatozu ♥️Crema: 600 ml soğuk sivi krema 1 package. Paradise Cream Vanilya (TR Creme Olé Vanilya) + 1 pack of krema sertleştirici ♥️Ayrıca: 100 gr dilimlenmiş badem 1 YK şeker 2 YK eritilmiş tereyağı 👇🏻Yapilisi ♥️Pandispanya: Fırını önceden 170 ° C alt-/üst ısıya ısıtın. kelepçeli kek kalibini firin kagidi ile kaplayin ve biraz tereyağı ile yağlayın.
