Drawing from her own family's experience, she shares how her daughter's diagnosis inspired her lifelong advocacy for mental health awareness, early detection and reducing stigma. She also calls on Jamaicans at home and in the diaspora to lend their voices, expertise and support to improving mental health care across the island.
