It's holiday season! Join me at Washington, DC's newest holiday market - DC Holiday Market at Dupont Circle. A relative newcomer to the scene, it brings all the magic and warm fuzziness that you would expect for the season. More intimate than its larger and more famous competitor downtown, it is a winter wonderland in the heart of the embassy district at Dupont Circle. In this channel we explore events and places, both on and off the beaten path, in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area (known locally as The DMV - DC, Maryland, Virginia). Get ready for festivals, parades, celebrations, memorials, iconic buildings, neighborhoods, museums, cemeteries, parks, etc. You will also get insight into what my job is like as a tour director/ tour guide for visiting school groups in relation to what is being covered in the videos.
