The people she sued ranged from a nutritionist at a police station cafeteria and a hairdresser to market merchants. The reason she recklessly filed lawsuits and complaints was precisely because of small settlement money. She habitually extorted money from merchants by finding fault with them for absurd reasons and causing disturbances. She also threatened to sue if people did not pay her, and she actually did file lawsuits. People had no choice but to pay Ms. Jin settlement money to avoid being sued, and she continued to live off the small settlements she received from various people in this manner. The excuses she used to extort settlement money were very diverse. She swindled cash from a police station cafeteria nutritionist by claiming she broke out in hives after eating ramen at the cafeteria, and even after that, she threatened to report the matter to the Food and Drug Administration if the hospital bills were not paid.
