EverQuest | Asylum of Anguish Raid with The Filthy Casuals | Overlord Mata Muram Falls

Tonight I joined forces with The Filthy Casuals for a trip back to one of the most legendary raid zones in EverQuest history: the Asylum of Anguish. Originally introduced as the pinnacle raid zone of the Omens of War expansion, Anguish is the stronghold of Overlord Mata Muram and was once considered the ultimate challenge for raiders seeking Epic 2.0 progression and some of the best rewards available in the game. Playing from my Warrior perspective, we battle through the dark halls of Anguish alongside The Filthy Casuals, taking on the powerful servants of Mata Muram before facing the Overlord himself. It was a great opportunity to experience one of EverQuest's most iconic raids with a fun group of players who share a passion for the game's classic content. Whether you remember Anguish from its original release or are discovering it for the first time, this raid remains one of the defining experiences of EverQuest.
