Requested by nick a whole while ago and finally here, from DEG's Tour19 The Insulated World. Enjoy! Translation by me. Annotations: "What I want to destroy senselessly" - "Senselessly" can also be understood as "into chaos". "The one who can't understand is you" - Two things here. Kyo changed "who" to "you" in this performance, so the original lyrics actually read ""Who is it that can't understand?". Also, "understand" in a sense of mutual understanding, basically asking "Who is it that can't understand, [me or the others]?". "The feeling of wanting to believe that dreams somewhere" - If you listen very closely Kyo omits the "i" in "shinjitai" (to want to believe), technically making it "shinjita" (believed). However I think this is just for lack of time to sing the entire line and is not actually supposed to change its meaning, which is why I translated it the way it's written in the lyrics. I don't think it's intentional. If it was however, it would change the line to "The feeling of having believed that dreams somewhere". --------------- I do not own Dir En Grey or any of their music or performances.
