Good Enough to Take a Gamble? (Land Rover Discovery 5 Australian review)

The Land Rover Discovery 5 is getting long in the tooth having launch back in 2017, but this Audi Q7, Volkswagen Touareg, BMW X7 and Volvo XC90 rival has a charm in and of itself. See, for all its Toorak Tractor vibes, the Discovery retains its off-road smarts — it really can tangle with a Land Cruiser. Tested is the MY25 Discovery 35th Anniversary Edition, though MY26 trims are out now it runs the same lovely ‘Ingenium’ inline-six diesel with 700Nm — that should make towing 3500kg easy enough.
