Quand et comment se défendre sans avocat ? TUTORIEL / COACHING

By Raymond Taube, Director of the Institute of Practical Law (Qualiopi certified). If the law allows you to defend yourself without a lawyer (alone, assisted, or represented by certain other people) in some disputes, it's because this corresponds to a need. Legal aid is reserved for only a small number of litigants. Sometimes, litigants don't really have a choice. Or rather, they have the choice not to assert their rights, to forgo the trial. If you are defending yourself because a lawsuit has been filed against you, refusing to defend yourself because you cannot afford a lawyer's fees is tantamount to giving your opponent carte blanche. This legal tutorial/coaching session will provide you with important advice, in addition to the CERFA forms and their accompanying instructions. It will be supplemented by other, more technical videos, taken from the Institute of Practical Law's continuing education program, "Justice: A User's Guide."
