1st form Dana is a powerful handbuff carryover tool. Dana handbuffs only non-Neutral units in hand, which may be unnoticed because Harmony typically runs 90%+ Scoia'tael units. Therefore Dana decks in a natural way lean towards Devotion. Dana is a Relict hence doesn't buff Torque in hand. This may be advantagous for Farseers who can be played on Torque even when Dana is the opener.
