Chechnya - Russian troops pull out of Grozny

(28 Aug 1996) T/I 10:55:41 Russian soldiers and rebel Chechen fighters started withdrawing from the Chechen capital Grozny on Wednesday (28/8) under a ceasefire agreement. About 2,000 Russian soldiers were due to leave the city on Wednesday.
