Right from the get go I must explain that you should probably not purchase anything based solely on nice design and packaging, however this is a review channel and it is my job to make the mistakes or find the diamond in the rough so that you guys can find only diamonds. When I originally purchased the Phoenixcolor Colored Pencils, I thought that they would be a gimmick set of pencils, beautiful packaging and terrible pencils, however this was absolutely not the case.
